The intention is to redshirt me for the cross country season in order to allow for adaption to higher mileage training. In high school, I earned 13 state championships, 10 of which are individual titles. My PRs are as follows:

Half Marathon- 1:11:33 (Mickelson Trail Half, 2014) Short-Term Running Goals: This cross country season, I will be redshirting, but I would like to reach a consistent 45-50 miles per week before track begins. My goals are 1:48-1:49 in the 800m and sub 3:50 in the 1500m once the winter and spring seasons come around.

| Something is very wrong somewhere. I am far more tired than usual and my mind just forces me down. Today was supposed to be mile warmup, 3 miles hard (around 5:15 pace), and mile cooldown. I made it 2 at a slower pace and did not have the mentality to continue. Then ran another .5 and gave up, ran CT pace home. It's time to change something somewhere, I should definitely be capable of this.
