The intention is to redshirt me for the cross country season in order to allow for adaption to higher mileage training. Half Marathon- 1:11:33 (Mickelson Trail Half, 2014) Short-Term Running Goals: This cross country season, I will be redshirting, but I would like to reach a consistent 45-50 miles per week before track begins. My goals are 1:48-1:49 in the 800m and sub 3:50 in the 1500m once the winter and spring seasons come around.

| Good run today! I started my watch and didn't take one glance throughout the duration of the run, with the intent to hit nice and easy pacing. I ended up being quite a bit faster than the 6:50-7:00 I was expecting, and I believe it's a good sign of improvement, as the effort felt the same.
